Privacy & Cookie Policy
Effective date: August 19, 2026
This policy explains how Trinity Medical Multi-Specialty Group (“Trinity,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through this sleep apnea information page. It covers this website only. Information you share with the practice during a visit, or as a patient of record, is handled under the practice’s Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided by our office on request.
Information we collect
This page has no accounts, no logins, and no online intake or file upload.
- Information you choose to send us. If you tap the call, text, email, or fax links on this page, you contact our office directly through your own phone or email provider. Whatever you include in that call, text, or email (typically your name, phone number, email address, and the reason you are contacting us) is received by our office staff. Please do not include detailed medical information in an unencrypted text message or email.
- Usage and device information. If you allow analytics or advertising cookies, our analytics tools receive standard web data such as pages viewed, time on page, clicks on the call and text buttons, referring source (including whether you arrived from an ad), approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, device type, and screen size.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider processes technical request data, including IP address and user agent, to serve the page and protect it from abuse.
We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, or insurance member numbers through this website. We do not ask for that information here.
How we use information
- To respond to appointment requests and questions you send us.
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot this page.
- With your consent, to measure how this page performs and how effective our advertising is.
We do not use this page’s data for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, and this page does not use artificial intelligence features to process visitor information.
Cookies and tracking
Non-essential cookies and tags do not load until you accept them. Categories used on this page:
- Strictly necessary — page delivery, security, and remembering your cookie choice (stored locally in your browser).
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, to count visits and measure call/text button clicks.
- Advertising — Google advertising conversion measurement for visitors who arrive from ads.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time: . You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
This page also embeds a Google Map so you can find our office. Loading the map causes your browser to contact Google, which may receive your IP address and device information under Google’s own privacy policy.
Third parties that may receive information
- Website hosting and content delivery providers (page delivery, security, server logs).
- Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion measurement, Google Maps embed) — analytics and advertising measurement, subject to your consent for the non-essential categories.
- Your own phone, messaging, and email providers, when you use the call, text, or email links.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising outside of the advertising measurement cookies described above, which you control through the cookie banner.
Retention
- Cookie consent record: stored in your browser until you clear it or it is refreshed.
- Google Analytics event data: retained according to the retention period configured in our Google Analytics property (Google’s maximum for this data type is 14 months).
- Messages you send to the office: retained by the practice under its records retention practices; if the message relates to your care, it may become part of the medical record and is retained as required by California law.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information we hold about you; to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; to withdraw consent; and to appeal a denied request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To make a request, contact us at xrodriguez@trinitymsg.com or (951) 501-4200, or write to 31625 De Portola Rd, Suite 101, Temecula, CA 92592. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Requests about your medical record are handled under the practice’s Notice of Privacy Practices rather than this website policy.
Security
This page is served over HTTPS. It stores no visitor accounts, files, or databases. Standard phone calls, text messages, faxes, and unencrypted email are not secure channels; please do not send detailed medical information through them.
Children
This page is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
